We were incorporated in Delaware in October 2001 under the name Softswitch Enterprises, Inc., and we subsequently changed our name to NexVerse Networks, Inc. in December 2001. In December 2002, we received financing from ECI Telecom Ltd., among other investors, and purchased all of the outstanding shares of two subsidiaries of ECI Telecom Ltd. In connection with these transactions, we changed our name to Veraz Networks, Inc.
