Management

D. A. Sabella has served as our President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of our board of directors since December 2004. Prior to Veraz, Mr. Sabella served as Chief Operating Officer of Terayon, Inc, President and Chief Operating Officer and Board Director for Tumbleweed Communications Corp., and President and Chief Executive Officer of Bidcom, Inc. Mr. Sabella also has held various senior management positions at Lucent Technologies.

A. J. Wood has served as our Chief Financial Officer since April 2005. Prior to Veraz, Mr. Wood has served as Chief Financial Officer for PalmSource, Insignia Solutions, Inc., and Cohera Solutions.

A. Chawla has served as our since 2007, and previously served as Vice President of Global Marketing and Product Management. Prior to Veraz, Mr Chawla served as the CEO of Softswitch Enterprises, Inc. and NexVerse Networks, Inc., and held various positions in executive management, marketing, product line management, and engineering at Nortel Networks.

D. J. Dial has served as our Vice President Global Services since January 2007. Prior to joining Veraz, Mr. Dial served as President of Cable Solutions and the Vice President of Managed Services for Lucent Technologies, as well as other executive level positions in Sales and Services.

D. M. Hogh has served as our Vice President, Marketing, since November 2007. Prior to Veraz, Ms. Hogh held executive positions at OpVista, Inc., CIENA Corp, Kestrel Solutions, Lumenaré Networks, and various engineering and marketing leadership roles a Lucent Technologies.

D. Pierre has served as our Vice President of Global Human Resources since October 2003. Prior to Veraz Networks, Ms. Pierre was Vice President of Human Resources for TeraLogic Inc, and held executive Human Resources positions at VLSI Technology, and Schlumberger Inc.

W. R. Rohrbach has served as our Vice President, Worldwide Sales since July 2008. Prior to that, he served as Vice President, Strategy and Business Development. Before joining Veraz, Mr. Rohrbach held executive sales and business development positions at Ericsson, AT&T and Lucent.

I. Zohar has served as our Vice President, Global Operations of Veraz Networks, Inc. since December 2002. Prior to Veraz, Mr. Zohar held executive positions in ECI.
